Amplifiers & Signal Conditioning
Signal amplifiers are used to transform the sinusoidal output of a Variable Reluctance Speed Sensors to a digital output (square wave signal) at the same rate as targets passing by. Several sensitivity options and output signal levels are available. Many housing options are also available to suit most applications.
Signal Converters, FTC/FTV Converter, Digital-Digital Converter
Frequency to Current and Frequency to Voltage Signal Converters are used to transform the sinusoidal output of a Variable Reluctance Speed Sensors to an analog current or voltage signal. The signal will remain a constant current or voltage at a specific flow rate (e.g., 4 mA at no-flow and 20 mA at maximum flow). Several sensitivity options and output signal levels are available. Options are available for converting digital signals as well.
Digital to Digital converters are used to convert one digital output (square wave signal) to another. Many output signal levels are available.
Digital Scaler, Multiplier, Divider, K-factor Scaler
Digital Scalers are used to multiply or divide the frequency of both sinusoidal and digital signals. A K-factor calibration table can also be set to adjust the divisor at different frequency ranges. The option to incorporate both FTC & FTV conversion circuits (e.g. 4-20 mA or 0-10V Analog output signals) is also available.
