Since SPECTEC’s formation in 1984, our custom engineering and speed sensor OEM manufacturer capability has been central to our ability to help our commercial and government clients’ meet their unique and demanding sensor and signal conditioner applications.

Our in-house machine shop allows us a high level of inventory and quality control as well as the ability to provide short lead times for our customers for standard OEM replacement sensors and custom speed sensors.

Engineering Expertise

Our design, engineering and manufacturing capability includes mil spec magnetic speed sensors, aerospace RF pickups and heavy equipment hall effect speed sensors.

Complementing our speed sensor engineering is our large selection of compact signal conditioners, FTV – FTC signal converters and sensor preamps. We have also built custom sensor test equipment for our clients. Our quality system is complimented by our efficient lean manufacturing system.

Most SPECTEC sensors and signal conditioners meet the EU’s Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) directive for electromagnetic emission interference and the immunity to interference.
